Questions clients often ask before starting

These answers are intended to clarify how we scope work, communicate, and manage delivery. Formal commercial terms still sit within our written proposals and policy pages.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We mainly support service businesses, startups, digital brands, and organisations that need stronger visual presentation across identity, websites, interfaces, and marketing assets.

Do you offer fixed pricing?

We provide guide pricing where helpful, but final fees depend on scope, timeline, and deliverables. A written quote is supplied before project work begins.

How long does a typical project take?

That depends on the service. A focused logo or identity package may move faster than a multi-page website or product interface. Timelines are confirmed during quoting.

How many revisions are included?

Revision structure depends on the proposal and service scope. We aim to keep revision rounds defined so projects remain efficient and commercially clear.

Do you work confidentially?

Yes. We can handle confidential material sensitively and can work with non-disclosure requirements where needed. Public portfolio usage should be agreed explicitly.

When does ownership of final design files transfer?

Ownership terms are set out in our project agreement and Terms & Conditions. In most cases, final approved deliverables transfer once the agreed fees have been paid in full.

Do you require a deposit?

Many service engagements require an initial deposit or booking payment before work starts. Please review the refund and cancellation page for more detail.

Can you support ongoing design needs after launch?

Yes. We can provide retained or ongoing design support where regular visual updates, campaign work, or design maintenance are required.
