How cancellations and deposits are handled

This page explains how ASPECTS STUDIO LTD generally approaches deposits, cancellations, project pauses, and completed digital deliverables for bespoke design services.

1. Deposits and booking payments

Where an initial deposit or booking payment is required, it is generally non-refundable once project scheduling, research, or concept preparation has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Client cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started, fees may be charged in proportion to time spent, stages completed, and costs already committed.

3. Work completed to date

Where cancellation happens mid-project, any refund consideration is limited to unworked balance amounts after deducting completed work, booked time, and applicable project administration.

4. Delays and inactivity

If a project is paused for an extended period due to missing client feedback or materials, it may be rescheduled and subject to updated timing or fees.

5. Digital deliverables

Final approved digital assets delivered as part of a completed service engagement are not refundable once the agreed files have been supplied.
